We carefully designed a 6-day tour to show all the Best of Morocco. The adventure starts with a tour of Casablanca, where the Hassan II Mosque stands as a symbol of Islamic architecture. Explore the historical and political capital, Rabat, and visit the historic Kasbah of the Udayas and the picturesque Hassan Tower. Next, move to the captivating blue city of Chefchaouen, nestled in the Rif Mountains, known for its azure-hued streets. The next day includes Volubilis, a UNESCO World Heritage site renowned for its Roman ruins. Discover imperial city of Meknes with its grand Bab Mansour gate and serene Mausoleum of Moulay Ismail and immerse yourself in Fez, is famed for its UNESCO-listed medina, a maze of narrow streets bustling with markets and adorned with splendid Islamic architecture.
Travel through the Middle Atlas Mountains to Ifrane, often called “Little Switzerland” for its alpine architecture, and visit the majestic cedar forests of Azrou, home to Barbary apes. Experience the views Sahara Desert in Merzouga, with camel rides and desert camping under the stars. Continue your adventure through the stunning landscapes of Todra Gorge and the picturesque Roses Valley, and discover the serene oasis of Skoura. Traverse the High Atlas Mountains via the Tizi n’Tichka Pass to visit the ancient kasbah of Aït Benhaddou, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Finally, conclude your adventure in Marrakesh, where bustling souks, historic palaces, and lively squares like Djemaa el-Fna create an unforgettable sensory experience.

Detailed Itinerary

1st Day: 340km
Casablanca – Rabat – Chefchaouen

On a 6 days tour to Marrakesh, We will bring you as close as possible to discover historical monuments, the Berber villages and the historical Kasbahs, additionally experience desert life with a local population. Our first stop of the day is to Rabat. It is a capital city of Morocco and one of the country’s major cities and holds administrative, economic, and cultural significance. Following we arrive, we begin to discover the city, including the magnificent mausoleum of Mohammed V and Hassan II, Hassan Tower a largest minaret in the world, and Royal Palace. Free time for lunch in a restaurant in Rabat. Next, we continue our tour to Chefchaouen. Overnight in your hotel/riad.

Chefchaouen – Volubilis – Meknes – Fez

In the morning, you’ll a have half-day Chefchaouen city tour, where you have the opportunity to visit several historic landmarks in the town, including the Grand Mosque, the Kasbah, and the Ethnographic Museum, and its vibrant markets, traditional crafts, and local artisans. Explore the town’s winding alleyways and colorful streets. You can wander through the town’s blue-painted buildings, which provide a unique backdrop for photographs and a one-of-a-kind experience. The next stop of the day is to Volubilis. It is one of the best-preserved Roman archaeological sites in North Africa and has been designated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Overinght in your hotel/riad at Fez.

Fes is known for its rich history, vibrant culture, and beautiful architecture, making it a popular destination for tourists. This full day trip let you to visit historical sites with a local guide, including Royal Palace, its the official residence of the King of Morocco when he visits the city. Next, we head towards Panorama of Fez, where you’ll see a wonderful panoramic view of the Medina. Let’s go visit the Pottery. Afterward, your guide will organize for you a walking tour of the Medina visiting the famous many historical monuments. The Medina of Fez founded in the 9th century and in 1981 was included into the UNESCO World Heritage site. It is famous for being home to the world’s oldest university named Al-Qarawiyyin. Take in the beautiful historic buildings and homes while discovering their stories in the Medina. Overnight at riad/hotel.

Fez – Ifran – Cedar Forest – Ziz Valley – Arfoud – Merzouga

A tour from Fes to Merzouga includes spectacular landscapes, with the ultimate destination being the mesmerizing Sahara Desert dunes in Merzouga. In the Morning, we will pick you up at your riad/hotel in Fez at 7:30 am to Merzouga. The first stop of the day is to Ifrane city which is known for its beautiful landscapes, clean streets, and European-style architecture. its often known as Switzerland of Morocco due to its resemblance to Swiss towns with its alpine-style houses and snowy winters. Next, we drive to Cedar Forest, which provide habitat for a variety of wildlife, including the endangered Barbary macaques. Lunch well be the nice restaurant in Midelt. Later, after a drive along the foothills of Ziz Valley Mountains, enjoying the mesmerizing landscape of the Valley. We’ll stop for a cup of coffe at the peak of the mountain, seeing a wonderful panoramic view of Ziz valley. Once we arrive in Merzouga, you will end your day with a camel ride to the desert camp, where takes between 1:30 – 2 hours to reach, including a stop to relax and enjoy the sunset view over the dunes. You’ll spend the night in an equipped Berber camp with a locals traditional folk songs. Enjoy a traditional dinner under the stars and night in the desert camp.

Merzouga – khettara – Todra Gorges – Roses Valley – Skoura

In the morning, enjoy a memorable experience by climbing the dunes to watch the sunrise (optional). Return to the camp for a warm, traditional breakfast. Then, depart for the Dades Valley. Our first stop is a khettara, an ancient Moroccan irrigation system that channels underground water to surface farms through a network of tunnels. Next, we drive to Todra Dades, known for its impressive limestone cliffs reaching up to 300 meters. This scenic spot, even in summer, leaves a lasting impression. Lunch will be at a local restaurant in Todra Dades. Continue to the Roses Valley, known for its fragrant rose fields and charming landscapes. Nestled between the High Atlas and Anti-Atlas mountains, this area is celebrated for its annual rose festival in May, where the local Damask roses are harvested. Overnight in your riad at Dades Gorges.

Skoura – Atlas Studios – Aït Benhaddou Kasbah – Tizi n’Tichka – Marrakesh

After breakfast, we drive towards Atlas Studios of Ourzazate, is one of the world’s largest film studios. Known for its dramatic desert landscapes and historic sets. Visitors can tour the studio and see famous film locations. Later, we’ll move to the Kasbah of Aït Benhaddou, a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1987 and one of Morocco’s most famous sites. Once we arrive, it will be time for lunch and have a memorable lunch. Aït Benhaddou is a fortified historic kasbah and was a major stop point on the ancient caravan route between Marrakech and the Sahara. Many various movies were filmed at this historic site such as Gladiator, Black Hawk Down, The Message, and most recent critically acclaimed series Game of Thrones. Next, we continue our tour to the last stop through Tizi n’Tichka mountain pass 2.260m. Time for a short stop for some great photos and rest. Overnight in your riad/hotel at Marrakesh.
