Agadir – Tiznit – Mirleft – Legzira – Sidi Ifni

Today’s your adventure begins with a visit to Tiznit, swhere we will explore its historic medina. Tiznit is particularly renowned for its silver jewelry, with numerous shops and artisans showcasing intricate designs and traditional Berber motifs. Later, we’ll drive towards Mirleft, a charming coastal town with beautiful beaches and a relaxed vibe. Next, we’ll head to visit “Legzira Beach”, renowned for its stunning red sandstone arches and dramatic cliffs that create a striking contrast with the blue Atlantic Ocean. For lunch, savor fresh seafood at a nearby restaurant with ocean views. The afternoon offers more exploration of the beach and its surrounding coastal paths, providing panoramic views and opportunities for relaxation. The route will then lead you to the coastal town of Sidi Ifni. A visit to Sidi Ifni provides a distinctive coastal adventure in Morocco. Wander through its picturesque streets, where art deco and Spanish-inspired architecture reflect the town’s colonial history. Sidi Ifni – Tafraoute

Waking up at your hotel, the sound of the ocean waves may greet you through your window, definitely a sign that it’s going to be a perfect day!

After breakfast, we leave Sidi Ifni and head to Tafraoute, where we’ll drive through the picturesque Anti-Atlas Mountains. As you traverse the region, you’ll encounter traditional Berber villages and lush valleys. Once we arrive at Tafraoute, we’ll go to visit distinctive pink and orange granite rock formations. These beauty hues are a result of the unique mineral composition and the way sunlight interacts with the granite, then we’ll visiting the souks of Tafraoute, which these traditional markets are a bustling hub of activity, where you can find an array of colorful textiles, handcrafted pottery, traditional jewelry, and local spices. Tafraoute – Tizourgane Kasbah – Taroudant

Your adventure from Tafraoute to Taroudant will take you through panoramic views of rugged terrain and fertile valleys of Morocco’s Anti-Atlas. Our first stop of the day is to Tizourgane Kasbah, is an 18th-century fortress known for its traditional architecture and panoramic views. Its well-preserved structure offers a glimpse into Berber history. Next, we drive towards Taroudant, often called “Little Marrakech,” is a historic city with a beautifully preserved medina, busy souks, and striking city walls. Its traditional markets and serene ambiance offer a genuine taste of Moroccan culture and heritage. Overnight in your riad at Taroudant.

Taroudant – Taliouine – Taznakht – Aït Benhaddou Kasbah – Ouarzazate

Today, we’ll pick you up from your riad in Taroudant and head to our first stop of the day: Taliouine. This town is famous for its saffron fields and deep Berber heritage. You’ll have the chance to visit the Kasbah of Taliouine, a striking example of traditional architecture and a significant location in the region’s saffron industry. Next, we’ll travel to Taznakht, a charming town known for its beautiful Berber carpets. The local artisans’ detailed weaving techniques offer a fascinating glimpse into Moroccan artistry and culture. Next, we’ll drive to the stunning Aït Benhaddou kasbah. It’s a historic and one of the best-preserved kasbah in southern Morocco. It’s a fortified kasbah and a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and has been used for filming various movies such as Gladiator, The Mummy, Black Hawk Down, Lawrence of Arabia and series Game of Thrones. Ouarzazate – Draa Valley – Zagora – Tamegroute – Erg Chigaga

After breakfast, we will collect you from your Ouarzazate hotel and head towards Erg Chigaga desert. Our route will take us through the picturesque Draa Valley, renowned for its lush palm groves and scenic vistas. Along the way, we’ll visit the historic Tamegroute Koranic Library, where you can admire ancient manuscripts and delve into the region’s rich scholarly heritage. It contains more than 4000 books, founded in 17th century by elders from the Zaouïa Naciria. Next we will take a little walk to subterranean Kasbah, you’ll have a photo opportunity at the Kasbah. We’ll also explore the renowned pottery, famous for its distinctive green glaze and intricate designs. Next, we’ll drive to El Mhamid is the last oasis of Draa valley, before to entering the Sahara and Erg chigaga dunes. Have lunch in a local restaurant. Next, we continue our journey to the last stop through the sand track to Erg Chigaga. Once we arrive, you will meet the camels driver and take a trekking as the sun sinks below the horizon. The desert landscapes, sand dunes, friendly people and peaceful atmosphere all make Erg Chigaga an ideal place to relax after all the distance travelled. Erg Chigaga – Lak Iriqui – Foum Zguid – Tata

Today, you wake-up early (optional) to see the amazing sunrise above the sand dunes and then return to the camp for typical breakfast and check out. Next, we’ll continue our journey to Foum Zguid village through Lake Iriqui by Paris-Dakar road. En-route we’ll make stops by various wonderful landscapes. Once we arrive in Foum Zguid, we’ll take the road to Tata through the oasis of Aguinane. Overnight in your riad at Tata.

Tata – Irherm – Oasis of Tiout – Agadir

Departing from Tata, our journey will take us through the town of Ighrm before reaching the lush Oasis of Tiout is a serene and verdant area near Taroudant, known for its lush palm groves and traditional Berber villages. Here, we’ll stop for a delightful lunch at a local restaurant, savoring traditional Moroccan flavors in a picturesque setting. Afterward, we’ll continue our drive to Agadir, where you’ll have the chance to unwind and enjoy the coastal city’s modern amenities and beautiful beaches.
