Booking Policy

Please, read this booking policy carefully before making a reservation for our tour. By booking a tour with us, you agree to be subject to the following terms and conditions.

To book a tour, you are required to submit a reservation request through our email, phone, or whatspp. Please provide accurate and complete information, including the number of participants, preferred dates, and any special requirements.
Once we receive your reservation request, we will check the availability and send you a confirmation email. The confirmation will include the tour details, price, and payment instructions. A deposit or full payment may be required to secure your booking, as specified in the confirmation.

A deposit of 25% non-refundable of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation The deposit and payment amount will be determined in the confirmation email, or whatsapp. The remaining balance must be paid during the tour where the payment options will be provided either through Paypal or Cash.

If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us in writing as soon as possible and cancellation is effective on the date we receive your notification.

• Cancellations made more than 30 days before the tour start date: 0% of the total tour cost.
• Cancellations made between 30 and 20 days before the tour start date: 50% of the total tour cost.
• Cancellations made between 19 and 10 days before the tour start date: 70% of the total tour cost.
• Cancellations made less than 10 days before the tour start date: No refund will be provided.

In rare cases, we may need to cancel or reschedule a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, such as severe weather conditions or insufficient bookings. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide alternative options or a full refund.

If you need to make changes to your booking, such as the tour date or the number of participants, please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
